Check whether the mechanical characteristics of the crane duty motor are consistent. The method of making the active wheel leave the track surface and measuring the consistency of the two active wheel speeds of the motor under such load can be used.
The current of the slip ring crane motor under no-load condition can indicate that the manufacturing quality of the three phase electric motor is good or bad. The no-load current of the JZR2 series slip ring crane duty motor is 0.6~0.75 times its rated value. If the specified value range is exceeded, the crane motor is likely to cause an excessively high temperature rise during operation. The larger the motor capacity, the smaller its value; otherwise the larger the value.
The carbon brush holder elasticity should be adjusted to 0.147~0.196 Mpa. The pressure difference between the carbon brushes of a motor should be less than ±10%.
The gap between the carbon brush and the brush holder should be less than 0.2mm, and the carbon brush should be in full contact with the slip ring.
When grinding the carbon brush, do not grind the edges.
The setting value of the overcurrent relay of the protection device of the crane motor must be set well. If the setting is too large, it is easy to burn the motor. The three phase electric motor must be kept clean inside and outside to prevent short circuit and over temperature.
The distance between the terminals in the three phase electric motor junction box should be greater than 12mm.
